Suite No. 1138 was a laboratory in New York City used by Dr. Walter Jennings. Joseph Sullivan and Polly Perkins broke into the laboratory in the hope that Dr. Jennings could shed light on the international machine attacks. When Dr. Jennings returned to the lab he was killed by the assassin but in his last moments, he gave the two vials to Polly Perkins.
